Your goal during a Massive Workouts boot camp course is to get fit, fast. We’ve developed a course that makes it happen – if you work hard and come prepared to challenge yourself beyond your usual limits.

Boot camp is based on discipline, self-motivation and teamwork. These are high-intensity sessions that get harder as the course progresses. And the harder you work, the more calories you burn.

Our boot camps are held both outdoors and indoors (in our new Massive Workouts HQ) – but they are no walk in the park. You know that it won’t be easy. But did you know that it is actually fun, and with the pain and the struggle comes a sense of satisfaction and achievement like no other? Plus, you’ll make friends, have a laugh and probably really surprise yourself along the way.

James Wanna, the head trainer at Massive Workouts, has been running successful boot camp courses for over eight years – much longer than most personal trainers. His experience and expertise is unmatched. Each session is innovative and carefully planned; designed to build on the previous session and take it to the next level.

The results Massive Workouts helps clients achieve at boot camp speak volumes. For example, a female client in her 40s who could do 12 push-ups in 60 seconds at the start of a short boot camp course could do 40 push-ups in the same test by the end of the program.

All participants undergo a fitness test at the start and end of each course. The physical improvement we see in participants is amazing – each person is bound to have gained strength and stamina and improved on their ‘beep test’ score. The ‘beep test’ involves doing 20m shuttle runs for a set time. It is used as a standard method of checking fitness.
